Founder & CMD
Nidhi Sharma is the Founder Member and Managing Director of "e-Yantrik". She is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and
management of the company. A true visionary, Nidhi' strengths lie in identifying and investing in next-generation technologies early
on and encouraging internal entrepreneurship to ensure that e-Yantrik stays at the forefront.
She has been recognized for her technology and business leadership as well as her contributions to public welfare.
Mentor and General Counsel
Pawan Mahajan is General Counsel and Mentor for Corporate Development. He joined e-Yantrik in 2009 bringing with him more than 20
years of experience in technology, engineering services, infrastructure and education industry, including an extensive focus on
start-up, mergers and acquisitions. Pawan is a Finance Graduate of the University of Delhi.
Head-Business Development
Mr. Ashutosh is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and business development initiatives and for positioning e-Yantrik as
a leader in software, product and technology services. He began his tenure with e-Yantrik in 2010 for New Initiatives
where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s growth strategies. Ashutosh brings with him strong
experience in product development having worked with various organizations in key roles over the past 12 years.
Business Unit Head- Engineering Services
As a Business Unit Head of Product Engineering Services division of the company, Mr. Anubhav is responsible for
technology leadership both externally and internally. This includes formulating and driving a technology-centric business strategy,
anticipating technology demands in the market place and formulating suitable responses, articulating e-Yantrik’s point of view to
the market, providing technology leadership internally, and enhancing the technical capability within the Company.
Prior to e-Yantrik, Anubhav had more than 13 years experience of multiple technical, strategic, managerial, and executive positions across
different engineering services organizations. He holds a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Business Unit Head- Products and Solutions
As a Business Unit Head of Products and Solutions division of the company, Mr. Avinash is responsible for
entire solution offerings of e-Yantrik. He has been instrumental in defining the architecture of engineering services
and solutions offering. He brings with him over 12 years of technology and operations experience and was responsible
for establishing the Lucknow and Bangaluru Centers and was the Head of Operations for the Bangaluru center before
taking over as the Business Unit Head -Products and Solutions of the organization. He holds a B.E. degree in
Electronics and Communication Engineering.
We associate ourselves closely with our customers which helps us to serve them effectively by understanding their needs. We work as an extended arm of customer design and development departments, there by extending design capacity and maximizing engineering resources availability by providing support across the complete product life cycle.
During the first engagement itself, we understand customer specific standards and operation nature, expectations in terms of quality, delivery, lead time and build an operation team to meet all your expectations. A dedicated team will be formed to cater to the customer specific needs. This team also would have bench strength beyond the requirement as back up, to take care of surge requirements and man power requirements. This helps us to stick on to our delivery schedules at all circumstances.
We operate in shifts, 24 X 7 and complete the task in off-working hours of our clients so as to get the benefit of the time difference of different geographical topologies. Be it Americas or Europe, with the given time difference in geographical topologies, the listed requirements / ideas framed even towards the end of the day at customers end, would have started getting its shape when they walk in to the office next day and sometimes would be even ready to review if it is a small task / less lead time task, gives a huge time savings.
